There is no acquisition or retention fee for this product.
Yes you can, based on the terms and conditions of each product just by visiting one of NBG’s branches. In this case, the amount you will receive will be calculated on the basis of your investment’s current market value. Furthermore, the capital guarantee and any agreed upon guaranteed returns will no longer apply.
At maturity, the capital and the interest, if any, will be credited to the deposit account you have selected, without you needing to visit an NBG branch.
The services are provided free of charge both online and in person.
In order to start trading shares at the ASE and the CSE you must hold an investor share and a securities account in HELEX’s dematerialized securities system. You must also hold an upon demand deposit account with NBG for the clearing of your transactions. You can open any account you need just branch.
The participation in mutual funds does not incur a commission. However, share redemption is free of charge only after their 1st year of redemption.

- Reading the daily press regarding the current values of the mutual funds.
- Checking the quarterly financial instrument statement sent to you by NBG at your designated contact address or by e-mail.

- Signing up to the Internet and Mobile Banking services.
