To take out any insurance policy you must present us with the following up-to-date documents:

• Legal documents (ID / Passport).
• Tax clearance statement.
• Mobile phone bill.
• Employment verification.
• Proof of address (in case it is different from the one indicated in the tax statement).

Depending on the plan, more documentation may be required.

In order to use the plan you must call the Ethniki General Insurance call center at 18189.
