Online Legalization Renewal

All business users can submit an online request for verification renewal or modification. In particular, this request can be submitted by all User IDs, regardless of their position category (Α, Β, C, D) or the number of signatures, without any special access credentials required.

No. The “Online Verification” service applies to requests for renewal of a previous verification (that is about to expire or has already expired) or modification of the current verification status.

Depending on your request status, the “Requests History” under “User details” bears one of the following colour indications:

• green, if your verification process has been successfully completed
• gray, if the request submission is pending or is being assessed by our legal department
• yellow, if the request has been returned with comments from the legal department
• red, if the request has been canceled or rejected 

You may also receive relevant updates through the following channels:

• the notification center clicking on the “bell” icon
• e-mail at the e-mail address that you had registered in your contact details
• Viber/SMS at the contact number you had registered

 

Business users receive information through the following channels: a) notification from the Internet Banking notification center, b) e-mail at the e-mail address that you had registered in your contact details and c) Viber/SMS at the contact number you had registered, forwarding you to “Requests History”, where you can see the comments made by the relevant lawyer and take any necessary steps.
Soon, it will be possible for the user who has submitted the request, to receive push notifications from the Business Mobile Banking application.

Any additional supporting documents can be submitted either online or physically, to the respective branch that serves your company.
