Accordingly, we are moving our functions and services to digital service channels that do not require your physical presence at a Branch, such as Digital Banking and our Contact Center, so that you can enjoy efficient service at any time and wherever you happen to be.

Below you can view the specific tasks that will be served exclusively through our digital channels and can be completed through Digital Banking easily and quickly, without having to visit an NBG branch:  
 
  • PIN management for debit, credit and prepaid cards. Specifically:
    • Issue a new 15-digit code to form the card's PIN
    • Get your PIN Locations and PIN reminder
    • Unlock PIN

 

  • Digital Banking Password Management. Specifically: 
    • Reissue codes
    • Unlock your password.
    • Change your Username 
    • Unlock OTP*

 

  • Dispute POS and ePOS transactions for debit, credit, prepaid cards 

 

  • Various requests* such as:
    • Tracking the progress of money transfers
    • Go For More program operation issues
    • Reversing entries of charges/interest/card payments
    • Investigating ATM/APS transactions

 

  • Standing order to organizations. Specifically:
    • Place a new standing order
    • Recall an existing standing order
    • Change an existing standing order and request refund*

     

  • Get statements of account & card activity. Specifically:
    • Statement of deposit account activity
    • Statement of credit, debit or prepaid card activity

In the new Digital Age, you can:

  • Digitally sign and exchange the required supporting documents when completing banking operations at our branches.
  • Schedule your appointment at one of our branches, when necessary, via nbg.gr and Digital Banking.
  • Use the e-signature through Digital Banking.
  • Update your details online, through Digital Banking and the eGov-KYC service.
