To get My Club card VISA for you and/or your family, you need to:

• Visit an NBG branch 
• Complete and sign all relevant documents (the application and the contract once/if the application is approved)

You'll receive your card by post after a few days. In the letter, you will also find the activation instructions and instructions on how to get your PIN.
