Issue a Virtual Mastercard Prepaid Card Online

You can issue up to 4 cards.

You can simply receive it from your computer or mobile phone, as long as you have digital banking codes. Go to the "Cards" menu and select "Get it". You accept the card's pre-contractual information and terms of use and select a debit account. Finally, you enter the OTP one-time use code.

To load your card, go to ‘Card details’ in the card tab and select ‘+ Load card.’ You can set an amount over €10, which will be debited to the deposit account you have selected. To complete the process, you need to enter the OTP you received.   
To unload the card, go to ‘Card details’ in the card tab and select ‘+ Unload card.’ Select the amount and the deposit account for transferring the money, and then enter the OTP to complete unloading.

Μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε την κάρτα από τις υπηρεσίες:

• Internet Banking, επιλέγοντας «Απώλεια/Κλοπή» και εισάγοντας έναν κωδικό μιας χρήσης OTP.
• Phone Banking στο 210 48 48 484.

Εάν το διαθέσιμο ποσό της κάρτας είναι μεγαλύτερο του μηδενός, θα πρέπει πρώτα να εκφορτίσετε την κάρτα σας.
