Αν είστε εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης, μπαίνετε στο Digital Banking και από την αρχική σελίδα μεταβαίνετε στις "Ρυθμίσεις" - "Εμφάνιση προφίλ".

Ενημέρωση στοιχείων

Έπειτα, επιλέγετε ενημέρωση των στοιχείων του προφίλ σας μέσω της υπηρεσίας eGov-KYC.

Αποδοχή όρων

Στη συνέχεια, ενημερώνεστε και αποδέχεστε τους όρους της υπηρεσίας.

Σύνδεση στο gov.gr

Υστερα, θα ανακατευθυνθείτε στο περιβάλλον του gov.gr όπου για να συνεχίσετε θα χρειαστεί να συνδεθείτε με τους κωδικούς πρόσβασης που διαθέτετε στο TAXISnet.

Επιλογή κατηγορίας

Μετά την επιτυχημένη αυθεντικοποίησή σας, θα δείτε τα στοιχεία που μπορείτε να αντλήσετε από το eGov-KYC, με δυνατότητα να επιλέξετε την κατηγορία ή τις κατηγορίες των στοιχείων που επιθυμείτε να επικαιροποιήσετε (τα στοιχεία που μπορείτε να ενημερώσετε είναι το ΑΦΜ ή και η ταυτότητά σας, τα στοιχεία εισοδήματος, επικοινωνίας και επαγγέλματος).

Παροχή συγκατάθεσης

Κατόπιν, επιβεβαιώνετε την ορθότητα των στοιχείων που σας αφορούν και παρέχετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας στην υπηρεσία eGov-KYC για την πρόσβαση της τράπεζας στα στοιχεία σας.

Συνέχεια διαδικασίας

Σε επόμενο βήμα επιστρέφετε στο περιβάλλον του Digital Banking της Εθνικής Τράπεζας για να συνεχίσετε με τη διαδικασία ενημέρωσης στοιχείων.

Εισαγωγή OTP

Τώρα, επιβεβαιώνετε τα στοιχεία σας και εισάγετε το OTP για να ολοκληρώσετε τη διαδικασία.

Ολοκλήρωση διαδικασίας

Τέλος, αφού ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία, τα επικαιροποιημένα στοιχεία θα εμφανιστούν στο Προφίλ. Τώρα, μπορείτε να εκτυπώσετε το αποδεικτικό της συναλλαγής.

Why should I confirm/update my personal details?

According to Law 4557/2018, it is our obligation as a Bank to apply due diligence measures that include certification and verification of customers' identity and the creation of their financial/banking profile based on documents, data, or information from a reliable and independent source, including any available electronic identification means.

Do I have to confirm/update my personal details through eGov-KYC?

No, this service is not obligatory. However, customer data verification is mandatory for all banks. If you do not wish to use this service, this obligation will have to be met via other NBG channels, such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Branch visit.

What happens if I don't confirm/update my personal details?

Customer data verification is mandatory for all banks under the applicable statutory framework. We may ask you to confirm/update some of your personal details if they haven't already been confirmed or are out of date before you can apply to acquire one of our products available via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking (such as credit cards, express personal loan, etc.).

Which details can I confirm/update via eGov-KYC?

Currently, via eGov-KYC, you can confirm/update your ID, income, contact, and professional activity details.

How can I find out if my personal details need to be confirmed/updated?

Go to your Profile on Internet or Mobile Banking and check if your personal details need to be confirmed/updated. If any of your personal details are flagged "Needs updating," you can confirm/update them either through eGov-KYC or by uploading the relevant verification document.
