Yes, you can pay your insurance premiums in all the following ways, without needing to visit an NBG branch.
- Standing order: You can designate a deposit account and pay automatically for your vehicle’s insurance.
- You can use the electronic payment code included in the insurance payment notification to pay:
- Online: through the Phone Banking Service
- By phone: Through the Phone Banking Service
- Via ATM: By visiting any NBG ATM you wish.
Don’t worry, you are covered by “Accident Assistance”. If an accident occurs, you must contact Ethniki General Insurance immediately, by calling the 210 90 99 999 number 24/7. An Ethniki General Insurance associate will come to your aid as soon as possible: They will record the circumstances of the accident, take the necessary photos and complete the accident report. If necessary, they will tow your vehicle as well.
