Do you want more information?

You can borrow up to 90% of the property's market value with a maximum loan amount of €350,000. The maximum loan amount is calculated based on factors such as the property's value and the amount you can afford to pay each month based on your income and obligations. To get an initial estimate of the loan amount you can receive, you can use the mortgage calculator.
The loan's interest rate is fixed for the first 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 years, then variable based on the Euribor 3M plus a margin. Keep in mind that the variable interest rate changes according to the rise or fall of the base interest rate, which can positively or negatively affect your loan installment. Additionally, the loan interest rate includes the contribution of Law 128/75, which is currently 0.12%. For all details regarding the interest rate and loan expenses, click here. The interest rate after the initial fixed period is customized after evaluating your application.
