Virtual Prepaid Mastercard in a few steps

User login

If you are a registered user, log in to Digital Banking and from the home page go to the "Cards" section and select "Get a new card". You will not need to submit any supporting documents during the process.

Card selection

Then, from the card options that appear, select the Virtual Prepaid Mastercard.

Terms acceptance

Next, you select the expense billing account and accept the product terms.

OTP input

Now you confirm your details and enter the OTP to complete the process.

Completion

Finally, after the transaction is completed, you can print the receipt.

Where can I use my card?

You have an international card and you can use it for:

Online purchases at any store accepting Mastercard
Phone and mail orders
Online bill payments to organizations accepting Mastercard, including taxes, Vehicle Circulation Tax, insurance premiums, etc.

Hotel bookings or car rentals
Transactions through your digital wallet

How can I make a purchase in an e-shop?

You enter the 16-digit number, the expiry date, and the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.

How secure is using my virtual card?

Your spending is secure since you can load and unload your card yourself.

What shall I do if I forget my card details?

You can retrieve the card details at any time on Internet or Mobile Baking by choosing ‘Virtual Card Details’ and entering the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.

What happens if I lose my card details?

You can call us at 210 48 48 484 if you feel the details may be stolen. You can also cancel the card via Internet Banking and issue a new one.

What supporting documents do I need?

Identity card or passport
Your ID card or passport must be valid.
Tell me more
Proof of current home address
This can be a recent utility bill or other document evidencing your home address.
Income Tax Clearance Certificate
The income tax slip clearance certificate of the last two years.
Proof of occupation
Proof of occupation might be requested.
Phone bill
A recent landline telephone bill from your service provider.
