Insights & Promotion Tool

To view the Insights, you should be granted appropriate access either through the S user, if any, or an NBG branch. Specifically, the S user can assign one or all roles, i.e. submitter, analyst or merchant admin.

The first job position of the company, which has been granted access by the S user or the NBG Branch and will select the Insights & Promotion Tool, needs to fill in the expression of interest form. Once the registration is completed, the specific job position will be informed by email within a short period of time.

For a limited period of time, the service will be available free of charge so that you can get to know all it can offer you.

The Insights service is available through the Business Digital Banking (Internet Banking & Business Mobile Banking).

The Submitter can create Go For More campaigns by following a few simple steps with the guidance of the tool, and has access to the campaigns already running and the Insights module.

The Analyst has access to the Insights module.

The Merchant Admin is the administrator of the tool. They can create or delete e-shops and enter the name and logo of the business to be used in the push notifications that customers will receive under the campaigns.

Note: Each user can have one or more roles, depending on the needs of your business.

It is a new promo service, that allows you to create your own campaigns for your target customers and send them via push notifications at the time you wish and with the offer you set. Recipients are selected from the Bank’s clientele, who are members of the Go For More Loyalty Program.

The app is part of the Insights & Promotion Tool to which you can gain access through the Business Digital Banking or via your NBG Branch. To use the Promotion Tool you need to be a partner of our Go For More Loyalty Program.

For a limited period of time, the service will be available free of charge. Thereafter, the participation fee will be set depending on the number of customers you attract by each promo campaign. (The relevant fee will be included in the Bank’s Rates and Charges).
