How can I use the certified browser for the Trade Finance by NBG app?

It's best if you use one of the following certified browsers from the outset:

Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9

How can I find older transactions or one of the older transactions in the application?

Please keep in mind that the platform keeps records of transaction history for 1 year. The platform includes only transactions which are linked to imports-exportsregardless of whether they have been carried out in a branch or not. Note that transactions carried out through the Remittances/Payment service of Internet Banking are not displayed.

What should I do if the transaction is in “Send to Bank” status for a long time?

You should find out when the transaction was sent to us. According to the Terms and conditions for payments within the Trade Finance by NBG service, transactions received after 14:00 shall be deemed to have been submitted on the next business day.

What happens if my connection crashes in the middle of a transaction? How do I know whether my transaction has been sent to the bank?

If your connection crashes in the middle of a transaction, you can check the status of the transaction by clicking on List of Transactions > Status
If there is no entry of your transaction, then it was not completed and you need to repeat the transaction.

Can I use Trade Finance by NBG from abroad?

Yes. You can log in to the Trade Finance by NBG service from wherever you are, at any time.
