Where can I find older transactions or one of the older transactions in the application?

You must bear in mind that the platform can retain historical data for up to 1 year. The platform contains only transactions linked to imports/exports, irrespectively of whether they were performed at a branch or not. Note that, currently, there are no transactions carried out through the Transfers/Payments service of Internet Banking.

What can I do if the transaction is “stuck” in “Sending to Bank” status for a long time?

You will have to investigate the time that the transaction was sent to us. Pursuant to the “Terms for conducting payments in the framework of the i-bank trade finance service”, transactions received after 14:00 (Greece time) will be considered to have been submitted on the following working day.

What will happen to my transaction if I lose my connection during its execution? How will I know if my transaction has been sent to the Bank?

If you lose your connection while you perform a transaction, you can check the status of said transaction by referring to the List of Transactions> “Status” column.

If you cannot see the entry of said transaction, this means that it was not completed and accordingly you need to repeat the procedure.

Can I use the Trade Finance by NBG from abroad?

Of course. You can sign in to the Trade Finance by NBG from wherever you are and at any time.
