George Koutsoudakis
General Manager SME & Shipping
Georgios Koutsoudakis joined the staff of National Bank of Greece in 2014. He was appointed General Manager of MidCaps, SME and Shipping Enterprises in January 2020. During the period from 2007 to 2012 he worked at Emporiki Bank (Group Credit Agricole): between 2007 and 2009 he was Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Investment banking and from 2009 to 2012 he was General Manager, Head of Enterprises, Investment & Private Banking.
During the period 2002-2007 he was Deputy General Manager at Geniki Bank (Group Societe Generale). Prior to that, he worked in the field of investment banking from 1996-2001 for ETEBA (Group of NBG) and from 1990-1996 for Alpha Finance (Group of Alpha Bank)
Presently, he also holds the positions of Chairman of Board of Directors of ETHNIKI Leasing, PROBANK Leasing & NBG Insurance Brokers S.A. He is also Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors of NBG Securities and Flex Fin.
Georgios Koutsoudakis holds a BSc Economics Honors Degree from Queen Mary College (University of London).
