Health for all  

We are committed to systematically supporting practices that promote well-being. With regard to our employees, we have established a Staff Health Fund and, recognizing the importance of mental health, we offer a dedicated support line for employees and their families throughout the duration of the pandemic.
We aim to strengthen existing structures in the public health sector so that everyone in Greece can enjoy better quality care and services. To achieve this, we have developed a multi-year support program for Evangelismos Hospital, while continuing to make new donations and develop plans for further funding in health related areas. 

Education for all 

Besides health, education is a key social asset for the present and the future. Accordingly, we encourage lifelong learning within and outside our organization, seeking to ensure the well-being of our community through continuous training and digital literacy.
In particular, we run the i-work@nbg internship programs and specially designed programs for government scholarships through IKY. In addition, we lead the way in digital literacy across all age groups. Our initiatives have included the setting up, during the pandemic, of a help line for our customers to guide them in using our online banking services. 
We aim to create a digital and financial literacy ecosystem that enables the younger generation to build solid foundations for the future.
