Internship programs for University / Technical

Each year we offer numerous students the chance to undertake internships, in collaboration with Greek Higher Education Institutions. These internships provide an environment where students can gain experience in either the Bank's Branch Network or Headquarters, actively participating in NBG teams' work and gaining valuable professional experience as they take their first steps in their careers.

Internships for undergraduate University students:

University students can carry out their internship at the Bank, throughout the year, through the ATLAS / ESPA funded program, in the context of which the university undertakes their payment and insurance.

If you are a university senior interested in an internship, you can follow the steps below:

Contact your university's internship office to find out about the selection criteria for your inclusion in the ATLAS / ESPA funded program.
Complete the necessary steps for the approval of your application through the internship office.
Sign up to the ATLAS platform, where all of the Bank's available internship positions are listed, to choose the one that suits you best.

Internship for undergraduate Technical College students:

Technical College students can carry out their internship during the following periods:

October 1 to March 31
April 1 to September 30.

The Bank participates in the DYPA internship funded program (formerly the Manpower Employment Organization - OAED), welcoming Technical College students. As part of this program, the Bank provides monthly remuneration corresponding to the internship period and exclusively covers them for professional risk insurance.

The number of available positions is announced before the start of each period, through official updates sent to Technical Colleges, and posted on the Bank's website.

Supporting young people

We systematically monitor developments in the labor market by attending conferences, university events and career days with the participation of our people from various units of the bank.
