Born in 2002, Elina from a very young age managed to star in the javelin throw, having already won the gold medal at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, the silver medal at the 2021 World Youth Championships in Kenya, and the gold medal at the 2022 European Games.

She is considered one of the greatest talents of Greek classical sports, having won the gold medal at the 2022 European Championships in Munich and the gold medal at the 2023 European Throwing Cup, while she trains non-stop, aiming to secure a high place on the podium of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Elina has been a member of the NBG family since 2022.
