Born in 2000, Christos is considered one of the best and most promising hammer throw athletes in the world. His talent has  secured him 12th place in the world rankings.

He lives and trains in his beloved hometown of Chania on Crete. Despite being very young, he has already participated in the Tokyo Olympics and his next big goal is to excel in the 2024 Olympic Games.
