We participated in the 1st annual METEX conference
Actively supporting the activities of the National Network of Technology Transfer Offices (ΜΕΤΕΧ), we accepted the invitation to participate in the 1st annual METEX conference, which was held on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 December, at the Galaxy Hotel in Heraklion, Crete. Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of Business Innovation Development at NBG, participated as a speaker in the “Organizations and funding issues of innovation structures and products” panel. Issues focusing on the challenges and opportunities for financing innovation services and products from the Technology Transfer Offices, the required institutional changes in order to facilitate the technology transfer and its funding, and the proper strategies for commercial exploitation of innovation products in order to benefit our national ecosystem, were discussed at the panel of the conference.
