We participated in Greece-Türkiye Hackathon 2024-25
In the context of supporting and monitoring the international innovation ecosystem, we were invited by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry to participate in the Greek team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the "Greece-Türkiye Hackathon 2024-2025" event. The event was an initiative of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Greece and Turkey and aimed to encourage innovation, increase cooperation and produce common solutions between the young people of the two countries. The theme of the Greece-Türkiye Hackathon 2024-2025 is “Smart Cities”, and it took place on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 February in Turkey at the Bilisim Vadisi Kocaeli campus. Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of Business Innovation Development at NBG, represented the Bank, and had the opportunity to provide the 20 competing teams with valuable mentoring, and to evaluate their proposals.
