• It's unique, strictly personal, and confidential 
• It must not be disclosed to third parties, not even to bank employees 
• You must not write it on your card, a document, or other object held or carried with the card. 
• When you enter it, cover the keypad. 
• Do not accept help from anyone to enter your PIN. 
• Make sure the next customer is at a discreet distance from you. 
• For greater security, we recommend changing your PIN at regular intervals. 

You can use your debit card all over the world for whatever you want to buy 24/7. You can also make:

• Additional transactions such as booking a hotel, renting a car, paying taxes, setting up standing orders, placing phone and mail orders. 
• Online purchases at any store accepting VISA. 
• Transactions (like cash withdrawals etc.) at any ATM in Greece and abroad.

• Request immediate cancelation of the card 
• Notify us of loss/theft 
• Request re-issue
