By activating your new card, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of issuance and use. You can review the terms of the Prepaid Mastercard here.

Managing Your New Card

What remains the same:

• Your card will be delivered deactivated
• Rewards through the Go For More program
• Pricing policy
• Online management through Digital Banking
• Building tax-exempt funds through your everyday transactions
• Contactless transactions and secure online shopping
• Any available balance on the Prepaid Visa will automatically transfer to your new card upon activation.

What changes:

• Your new card will have a different PIN for security reasons. To use it, follow the instructions provided in the accompanying letter attached to your new card and then activate it at any National Bank ATM.

• If you had adjusted the transaction limits on your Prepaid Visa, you would need to set them again for your new Prepaid Mastercard.

• Your new card will have different details from the previous one. If you have standing orders linked to your old card for bill payments, it is important to update the new card details to avoid any delays in scheduled payments.

Digital Wallets
