Managing your new card
What remains the same:
- The rewards via the Go For More program
- The deposit accounts which your existing card is already linked to
- The pricing policy
- The transaction limits that applied to your previous card
- The ability to manage the card online via Digital Banking
- Building the tax-free allowance through your daily transactions
- The ability to make contactless transactions and secure online purchases
What changes:
- Your new card is sent deactivated and will have a different PIN for security reasons. To use it, follow the instructions on the cover letter on which your new card is affixed, and then activate it at any NBG ATM.
Watch useful videos on card activation and PIN receipt.
- Your new card carries different details from the previous one. In case you have standing orders attached to your existing card to pay bills, it is important to provide your new card details to avoid any delay in their payment.
For your convenience, you can refer to the list of merchants to whom you are likely to have a valid standing order, by clicking here.
Digital Wallets
Your card should be replaced on the merchant websites where you had stored your Debit Visa, as well as on your digital wallet. You can find more information on the Google Pay and Apple Pay pages or by watching the relevant video.
Terms of Use
By activating your new card, you automatically accept the terms of issue and use. You can find out the terms in order to get more information about your Debit Mastercard
